Small Pet Accommodation

Large secure penthouses with hideaway sleeping dens built in. We provide a generous space for enrichment, with plenty of tunnels and toys to keep amused
All Penthouses are a minimum of 6ft x 4ft
All Penthouses are Indoor with protection from the elements
We also have three smaller Hutches that can be used for Guinea Pigs, up to a maximum of two sharing
The Hotel is within a brick built Outbuilding being cool in the Summer and heated in the Winter
Daily access to secure outdoor exercise Runs, at your request
Barrier protection between each of the penthouses
Hygiene is paramount to us with a thorough daily routine. Blankets, are changed as needed during the stay. Pens will be deep cleaned between guests

Available in the Spring/Summer our Outdoor Cottages are perfect for Rabbits who normally live outside
Each Cottage can accomodate up to 4 Rabbits in our largest, and numerous Guinea Pigs
Currently we have 3 available and please specify when Booking if you would like to book one
All Cottages are located in our electrified fenced paddock and insulated on the inside
All Cottages have the Zippi Tunnel and Run System, with Tubes that connect to large Zippi Runs
All Cottages come furnished with blankets, stools, tubes and Zippi hideaway houses. Litter Trays also provided for Rabbits

For Rabbits and Guinea Pigs we provide Burgess pellets, with fresh Meadow, Timothy Hay, and Greens in the Evening
If you have special dietary requirements let us know, and Owners can bring their own food if needed

All Rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxi, RHD and RHD2
This is essential to ensure the Health of all Guests and vaccination Cards will be checked on arrival
All Guests must be in good Health, and any medical conditions discussed with us prior to arriving, to ensure well being
